Matthias Krueger founded CoachKontor in Munich 2004. Since 2002 he advised companies in personal assessments and coaching as partner of Jork Effectiveness. Before he worked at Cisco Systems GmbH in the IT branch as Sales and Key Account Manager. Until 1999 he was with Lucent Technologies GmbH in Telecommunications as Account Executive responsible for international customers. In 1996 he completed successfully his studies of sports and economics at Bayreuth University. Until 1991 he was Deputy Exhibition Leader for fairs and meetings at Mediaplan GmbH in Braunschweig. In 1989 he absolved his professional training as Businessman in Wholesale and Foreign Trade in the automotive industry.
