Interim Management
Should vacant positions remain unfilled within the company for strategic considerations, employment of external resources is offered.
 
In our Interim-Kontor, competent managers and employees, especially in the areas of TC & IT, are available on a temporary basis.

Modalities
Payment is based on a day's fee plus travel costs and expenses settled with CoachKontor. As an independent contractor, the candidate signs a service contract with the clients.


Mediation
Solving conflicts in the company in a consent-oriented and successful manner requires a neutral and non-partisan third party.

The mediator's objective is to facilitate an exchange of perspectives on the cognitive levels of the concerned parties in order to reproduce a legal capacity.  

This approach is applied especially in internal conflicts at the workplace, in teams or among departments, in disputes between companies, in intercultural issues and in international conflicts.

1. Opening
2. Analysis of the present situation
3. Determine interests
4. Develop and assess solutions
5. Agreeing on/ closing a solution
    packet

We support you professionally in legal as well as out-of-court disputes.

Our business mediators comprise of competent attorneys, psychologists and supervisors.
