Additional Shaolin Seminar: "Consciousness for Success " November 2009
Due to the large demand the INTERNATIONAL SHAO LIN INSTITUTE offers an additional seminar "Consciousness for Success" between 03rd and 04th of November 2009 at the monastery Eberbach (Wiesbaden).
The seminar is arranged in a way that contents can be practically converted immediately. The training is accomplished with a Shaolin monk and a German speaking specialized coach and consists of lectures, discussions as well as mental and physical exercises.

Shaolin Kids and Youth Camp in August 2009
The INTERNATIONAL SHAO LIN INSTITUTE organizes between 09th and
15th of August 2009 a Shaolin week for kids and youth in the age groups of 8 to 12 and
13 to 16 years in Berlin.
The teenagers will learn to increase their concentration
ability (learn to learn) and to train their
self-confidence and self-assurance.

Start of second coaching seminar in Berlin in January 2008: "Coach for future competency"
Due to the large demand for this training we start the 2nd seminar in Berlin January the 17th 2008.

Marcus Kaliga is working in sales for more than 12 years successfully.
As sales manager he was responsible for sales and marketing strategies at t-systems AG and Siemens AG for more than 10 years.

The certified master of training & development is analyst and auditor for management systems and has concentrated his activities on service optimization, telemarketing and complaint management.
Apart from his co-operation as management consultant in the TV Magazine “SUCCESS” at Bavarian broadcast he is an adviser for selling and service trainings with the chamber of economics in Salzburg.
Together with the TÜV South he could develop innovative methods to make customer orientation measurable. Basis for it was his certification as auditor for the standard DIN ISO 10002. Optimization of our Quality Audit
In close consultation with our assessors we could optimize our Quality Audit further on.
The 3-Step-Process is the theoretical and the practical proof of the authority of a Coach.
If certain qualification requirements are fulfilled, then the coach goes through an assessment, a written elaboration as well as a work sample. The sample is a combination of coaching, method and feedback discussion.
The certificate - “Coachkontor approved” will be granted upon successful completion of the Quality Audit.

As an IT service provider, arxes AG has been connecting ideas with energy into complex IT projects for over 20 years. She has lived and worked abroad in Austria, Spain and different parts of Asia among others.
